  • Assisted - AI that improves what your business is already doing.
  • Augmented - AI that enables your business to do things it couldn't otherwise do.
  • Autonomous - AI that acts on its own, choosing its actions on behalf of your business goals.

Bringing industry, academia and government together, the Energy.AI workshop held in September 2018 started the conversation on how leveraging AI technology, can align Alberta with the competitive low carbon energy ecosystem of the future.

The workshop provided great discussions and next steps to continue the AI conversation. In capturing these discussions and sharing this report, the hope is that together, Alberta can leverage the potential of AI for a stronger energy future.

There was a keen desire to harness the collaboration potential of the participant community through future workshops. Stay tuned to the Energy Futures Lab website for future opportunities to participate!
