Jim Boucher is Cree and Dene, and is the president of the Saa Dene Group of Companies and the former long standing elected Chief of the Fort McKay First Nation, one of the most successful First Nations in Canada.
Jim is known for his visionary, consensus-based leadership and which was built upon a foundation of trust and collaboration, with the transaction serving as a model for how Indigenous groups and energy development companies and governments can work together to achieve mutual long-term benefit – hallmarks of Jim’s business style.
Jim has received more than a dozen notable awards and accolades throughout his career.
Ross Manning brings a broad range of experience in digital transformation and operational excellence to companies operating in the natural resources value chain. He has strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as an ability to build strong teams that contribute to continued success in a key sector of the Canadian economy, and has proven expertise in value chain optimization, organizational transformation, digital reinvention, operational excellence, and employee development.
Ross works closely with the oil and gas industry on their ESG initiatives and leads the sustainability practice for IBM Canada.
